1. Service Overview

Our platform provides a secure, client-side encrypted file transmission service. By uploading files, you acknowledge that all encryption and decryption processes occur locally on your device. We operate a "Zero-Knowledge" architecture; we do not store your encryption keys, and therefore, we cannot access, view, or decrypt your files.

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to use this service for any illegal, harmful, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Transmitting content that promotes terrorism, hate speech, violence, or illegal discrimination.
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights or distributing copyrighted material without authorization.
• Sharing illegal pornography or non-consensual imagery.

3. Data Retention & Privacy

To protect your privacy, we enforce automatic data destruction. All uploaded files are permanently deleted from our servers 7 days after upload, or immediately following the first successful download by the recipient. We do not keep logs of file contents or access patterns.

4. Access Control (PIN System)

File access is protected by a PIN system. You are responsible for securely communicating the 8-characters access PIN to your intended recipient. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the insecure transmission of your PIN by you or your recipient.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

This service is provided "as is." While we prioritize security, we do not guarantee the permanent availability of files. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or legal consequences arising from your misuse of the platform or the failure to protect your own encryption keys and access PINs.

6. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
